Dawson Hawaii Welcomes Joshua Jamrog

Josh Jamrog joins Dawson with 25 years of sales experience within the chemical treatment industry.  Josh has worked for Nalco Water and GE Water selling water and process treatment solutions to the Refining, Power, Institutional and Commercial markets.  Josh graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering  and currently lives in Kailua Hawaii with his wife and 4 children.  In his free time Josh enjoys beach volleyball, cooking and spending time with his family on the beach.

Dawson Co. Hawaii is proud to announce the hiring of Miles Tsubota as its new Hawaii Service Manager. With over 40+ years of experience in electrical and control systems, Tsubota brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the role.

A licensed electrician and recognized expert in the pump industry, Tsubota has successfully led complex commissioning, diagnostics, and troubleshooting projects throughout his career. His reputation for technical excellence and hands-on problem-solving makes him a valuable addition to the Dawson team.

In his new position, Tsubota will oversee service operations across the Hawaiian Islands, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability for clients. He will also play a key role in mentoring and developing the next generation of service professionals, reinforcing Dawson’s long-term commitment to excellence and innovation.
